All of our products are custom made-to-order and created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of embroidery and customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to double-check your size, color, text, and personalization details before submitting your order. We cannot make changes once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form] with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
