Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on the shipping option chosen, most packages arrive to US destinations within five days of shipment.

If you need your package sooner, please choose the Express upgrade-US locations will receive priority packages within 1-3 days from shipment.

International orders are shipped using USS First Class Mail-depending where you are located in the world, the package should get to you within 1-2 weeks of ship date.

Can I return my product?

All of our products are custom made-to-order and created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of embroidery and customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to double-check your size, color, text, and personalization details before submitting your order. We cannot make changes once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@totallyicedout.com with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if something arrives damaged. We will ask for photos of the package and item to verify damage and work with you to make it right!
